A partner for the work that matters most
School improvement is not a single initiative. It is the ongoing work of making better decisions, testing what works, and building the leadership capacity to sustain progress.
Since 2022, sharEDtalent has partnered with P.S. 28 Mount Hope in the Bronx to turn improvement priorities into focused action. Together, we have used continuous improvement to strengthen instructional practice and school culture while developing assistant principals' capacity to lead the work forward.
During the partnership, math proficiency increased from 39.2% in 2023 to 48.8% in 2026.

NYC Community Schools Professional Learning Series
Dr. LaShawnna Harris helped plan, launch, and implement continuous-improvement professional learning for NYC Community School leaders. The work brought leaders together to examine challenges and build practical approaches to improvement.

Dr. LaShawnna Harris
Founder & CEO, sharEDtalent
LaShawnna brings experience in education leadership, facilitation, and improvement strategy. Her doctoral research explored how trust shapes Black entrepreneurs' relationships and access to resources. Across sharEDtalent and Bond, she helps people work through real challenges and strengthen their ability to act together.
