On-Demand Zoom Tech Support Specialist

Rate: $50 per 90-minute session
Location: Remote (Virtual Events)
Type: Part-time, Contract

Role Overview:

We are seeking an On-Demand Zoom Tech Support Specialist to assist with the backend management of our virtual events. This role ensures that our online experiences run smoothly, providing seamless technical support for hosts and participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage waiting rooms, breakout rooms, and participant admittance

  • Monitor and moderate chat and Q&A

  • Assist with screen sharing, polls, and multimedia presentations

  • Troubleshoot audio, video, and connection issues in real-time

  • Provide backend support to event facilitators and presenters

  • Ensure smooth transitions between event segments

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing Zoom webinars and meetings

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to remain calm under pressure

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes during live events

  • Experience with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, and MS Teams) is a plus

Compensation & Schedule:

Pay starts at $50 per 90-minute session
