Camille Fair, PhD
Dr. Camille Fair earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Oberlin College, a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from The George Washington University and a Ph.D. in Teaching, Learning, Policy and Leadership from the University of Maryland. She has twenty plus years of experience educating students and teachers P-12 in some of the largest urban school districts in America, including New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, D.C. and Miami. In addition to holding triple licensure in Special Education, English as a Second Language and Bilingual Special Education, she also has extensive experience working in the Culture/Diversity/Equity and Inclusion space as a facilitator, supervisor, instructor and researcher. Dr. Fair has spent the past several years at the intersection of education and business operations to provide services to schools and districts as the founder and CEO of STEM LiFE, the Learning Institute for Fair Education. She is particularly committed to excellence and equity in math education outcomes, which can expand post-secondary economic opportunities for historically marginalized groups.
